The 3rd International Conference on "Empowering the Digital Future" was held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from April 1 to 5, 2025, as part of Cyberlaw Week. The event brought together experts, researchers, and professionals from different countries to discuss important issues related to digital technology, cyber law, and digital policy. Participants shared ideas on how to create safe, fair, and effective digital systems for the future. The conference aimed to support global cooperation and promote legal and policy solutions for the digital world. The proceedings of the conference, edited by Dr. Naeem AllahRakha, were published in the Uzbek Journal of Law and Digital Policy.
