В данной научной статье приведен анализ бюджетного процесса Республики Узбекистан. В первой части работы автор рассматривает принцип открытости бюджетного процесса, а также приводит анализ перспектив и существующих нюансов деятельности платформы «Openbudget». Во второй части автор обращает внимание на реализацию принципа открытости на международном уровне на примере таких стран, как Великобритания, США.
