By examining case studies and industry best practices, the study identifies key factors such as leadership commitment, cultural change, and the adoption of new technologies. It also addresses common challenges, including resistance to change and the need for upskilling the workforce. The article concludes with recommendations for traditional industries to effectively implement digital transformation initiatives, ensuring sustainable growth and improved operational efficiency.
