This article studies foreign experiences in the use of new technologies and innovations from a socio-psychological perspective. It analyzes people’s attitude to innovation processes, the reasons for accepting and resisting technologies, as well as the impact of the innovative environment on the individual. The article examines attitudes towards technologies in different cultures, the impact of social norms and values on innovative activity, as well as psychological mechanisms of adaptation to technological changes. In addition, the article substantiates the need to take into account socio-psychological factors when applying foreign experiences in the conditions of Uzbekistan and gives recommendations for the successful implementation of innovative processes.
