The article is devoted to the study of the Tashkent copy of the waqf document of the Matniyaz Divanbegi madrasah in Khiva. It studies the paleographic features of this document, investigates the waqf lands of the madrasah located in 336 rural settlements of the khanate, and examines issues of income distribution, and the educational process of this institution.
