In this article, the great exponent of Karakalpak literature, the national poet of Uzbekistan and Karakalpakstan, Tilevbergan Jumamuratov, reflects on the expression of metaphor, metonymy, and synecdoche in poetry. In particular, the diversity of these three elements in the poet's poetry is described.
