Abstrakt Maqsad. Maqolada chigitli paxtani mayda va yirik aralashmalardan tozalash uskunasidagi mashinaning tozalash samaradorligi, tozalagichlarning texnologik parametrlarini tanlashda asosiy nazorat ishlanmalari va hisoblash jarayonlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Metodlar Tozalash vositasining asosiy mohiyati dinamik kuch ta'sirida chiqindi zarracha va tola o'rtasidagi bog'lanish kuchini kamaytirishdan iborat bo'lib, uni xom ashyo massasidan ajratishning nazariy jihatlari aniqlangan. Natijalar. Qoziq tamburi va arra tamburining ishlashi va tozalash samaradorligini aniqlash uchun turli tezliklarda tajribalar o'tkazildi. Xulosa. Qoziq barabani va qoziqqa ta'sir qiluvchi kuchlarni hisoblash, tozalash mashinalarining texnologik parametrlarini hisoblash; Qoziq bilan barabanning unumdorligini hisoblash, barabanni arra bilan hisoblash, paxtani barabandan arra bilan ajratuvchi cho'tka bilan barabanni hisoblash; Tozalash tamburining ishchi roliklarini hisoblash usuli bo'yicha amalga oshiriladi.
