The article studies the business cycle model for e-commerce companies in the development of the e-commerce sector, the changes in its stages under the influence of IT, the stages of the commercial cycle of companies in the traditional sector, the definition of the e-commerce system is introduced and based on it. The theory of systems analysis has developed its functional model, and the e-commerce information system is also defined, a model of its structure has been developed and studied, and it has been shown that it is impossible to directly apply existing methods.
