This article is the development of algorithms for determining the structure and fractal dimensions of blood vessels and the respiratory system of the retina, as well as a computer intelligent information system. Methods have also been used to determine the fractal dimensions of human organs using prisms, overlays and cubes. The problems of identifying objects with a fractal structure and their geometric modeling, determining fractal dimensions and developing algorithms based on them are widely covered. It was proposed to use a numerical algorithm to determine the fractal dimension of images with fractal structures, and based on the fractal dimensions, the fractal dimensions of human organs were determined.
