At the end of the 20th century, the world economy experienced the impact of new important global trends that affected all factors of production, but the greatest changes affected humanities, their health and qualifications, knowledge and skills that form the basis of human capital. This article discusses an integrated approach to improving the mechanism for the formation of human capital in the provision of medical services.
