This article examines the improvement of mechanisms for increasing the efficiency of enterprises in the digital economy. Digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data and automation, create opportunities for modern enterprises to optimize business processes, reduce costs and strengthen customer relationships. The article analyzes digital transformation processes, new business models and innovative strategies. The study also provides recommendations and practical examples for enterprises to increase efficiency. As a result, the effective implementation of these mechanisms will help enterprises increase their competitiveness, quickly respond to market demands and ensure long-term sustainable development. The article provides important practical guidelines for increasing the efficiency of enterprises in the digital economy.
