In this article developed a numerical algorithm for solving a multidimensional mathematical model of joint heat and moisture transfer processes in heterogeneous porous bodies shaped as rectangular parallelepipeds. The model takes into account internal heat and moisture release, as well as heat and moisture exchange through the surfaces of the porous body with the environment. The developed numerical algorithm has the second order of accuracy in time and space variables for solving problems of joint heat and moisture transfer during storage and drying of heterogeneous porous bodies, which are used for research, forecasting, and making management decisions, which is an urgent problem in the processes of storage and processing of agricultural products and raw materials. The spatial and temporal dependencies of the distribution of temperature, humidity, and pressure inside a heterogeneous porous body are obtained.
