The article considers the formulation of the problem of a two-criterion deterministic problem of the placement and specialization of agricultural production based on the degree of salinity of irrigated lands. The target functions are maximum production and minimum water consumption for crop and livestock products. The 1st and 2nd theorems of duality are established. Estimates for water consumption for crop and livestock products and individual volumes of water consumption balance are determined.
