In this paper we consider one class controlled differential inclusions with delay argument. For these models of dynamic systems, the problem of optimal control of an ensemble of trajectories by minimax criterion is researched. The conditions of optimality for the minimax problem are studied. The necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are obtained. Using the results obtained, an algorithm for finding the optimal control is given.
