This article describes the ways of the culture of communication with the people to achieve social compromise. Today, in the activities of all state bodies, effective work is being carried out on "listening to the people's pain", solving problems on the spot and pleasing the people. In order to ensure human interests, first of all, it is necessary to communicate with people, people, to know their pains and worries, dreams, life problems and needs well. Man and society unite by listening to people and sharing their worries. We know that during the past time, the leaders have learned to walk among the people, communicate with citizens face to face, and listen to their wishes. All this led to the fundamental improvement of the living conditions of the population and the prosperity of their lives. The main thing is that our people's mood, worldview and strong faith in life have appeared.
