This article provides specific information about the quality of education, standards, andstages of its control. Analytical considerations on the qualitative indicators of higher education in ourcountry are also given, the tasks set on a legal basis, the level of their implementation, problems andshortcomings are listed. The important factors of improving the quality of the national education systemare indicated.
