The article examines the scientific, socio-philosophical concepts and interpretations of the family, analyzes its evolution in human history. Endogamous relationships are prohibited with changes in family perceptions, but polygamy is not prohibited for wealthy men. Thus it becomes customary for a man to live with two, three or more wives. Now that the interpretation of the family and its circles will be determined by the man, the evolution of the family will be aligned with patriarchal views. The study of the stages of formation of a nation as a social unit is the subject of ethnology. Studies confirm that polygamy, polygyny, group marriage or reunion, endogamy were common in the early stages of the formation of human society.
