The development of circular economy models, or closed-loop economy, iscurrently being promoted in many countries around the world in order to counteract globalenvironmental threats. The article examines the analysis of environmental, economic and socialfactors that influence the implementation of the circular economy concept. Particular attention ispaid to the analysis of the potential of the circular economy and the development of practicalrecommendations using modern technologies. The role of the circular economy, which is based onreducing waste in the production of products, reducing and reducing the negative impact on theenvironment while achieving significant social and economic results, is revealed. The essence,principles and concept of the circular economy are considered in detail. Aspects and key featuresof the circular economic model are given, along with this, the positive and negative effects of theimplementation of this economic model are analyzed
