Arab human feeling and thinking, the problem of improving the system of education and movement, a great thinker about enlightenment, spiritual literacy, character, ways to achieve knowledge, as well as the humanistic ideal of the Central Asian and Turkestan Arab Caliphate, peoples and society, the concept of "Man" and questions of its essence are analyzed based on extensive sources.
