In today's Social Development, modern biotechnology is a multidisciplinary scientific and practical direction, especially in Biology (Microbiology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, etc.).k.) and appeared on the basis of achievements in engineering sciences. The development of Biotechnology, in turn, led to the acceleration of scientific and practical research carried out in several disciplines related to it. Synthesis of various physiologically active substances, especially on the basis of micro organism, for this purpose, the creation of competitive microbial products that give the necessary and socio-economic effect, to distinguish the necessary products from them, for this purpose, the achievements on the issues of the use of plant and animal cells and tissues confirm the above points. Since biotechnology is multidisciplinary, it is also a much more problematic task to reveal it in all its directions in one article or in a particular scientific research work. Despite this, this article gives an idea of the history, yesterday, today and the next of this direction in the development of biotechnological processes. This scientific article tries to cover the scientific, practical and methodological foundations of modern biotechnological processes, in particular, the development of material and spiritual production processes of the development of biotechnological processes in the global information space and its specific features are the guarantee of the country's progress. At the same time, the fact that the sustainable social development of our country under any circumstances is associated with material and spiritual production has been scientifically analyzed.
