Pathogenesis of allergic vasculitis (AV) of the skin, emphasize the complex action of many factors: infection, immune insufficiency, changes in coagulation properties of blood, hypovitaminosis, exogenous provoking influences (radiation, drug intolerance, trauma, intoxication, temperature changes), as well as endogenous disorders (neurovisceral disorders, hormonal and cardiovascular pathology). The mechanism of AB development is diverse, ambiguous, contradictory and not fully developed, and many statements require additional research.
