Повышение экономической эффективности транспортно-логистических предприятий на основе оптимизации операционных затрат

The article considers an integrated approach to improving the economic efficiency of transport and logistics complex (TLC) enterprises based on the optimization of operating costs. The aim of the study is to substantiate a cost management mechanism that links transport volume, vehicle loading, mileage, the technical condition of the rolling stock and fuel consumption. The study uses systems, process and factor analysis, the ratio method and economic and mathematical modelling. To assess resource use, the indicators of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), all-in sustaining costs (AISC) and the capital utilization ratio are proposed. Formulas are given for the level of operating costs, unit costs per tonne-kilometre, and the absolute and relative economic effect of optimization. The analysis of official statistics showed that the volume of transport services in Uzbekistan grew from 58.6 trillion soums in 2020 to 188.3 trillion soums in 2025, that is, about 3.2 times; road transport services increased from 32.4 to 95.9 trillion soums. Such growth calls for stricter cost control. It is shown that the reserves for reducing costs are linked mainly to digital monitoring, route optimization, a reduction in empty runs and predictive maintenance. The results can be used by managers of transport and logistics enterprises when planning costs and developing efficiency improvement programmes.
