Even the lack of action indicates something. However, in addition to the above, there is another element for a person, namely symbolic. This symbolic element is language, which is expressed orally through speech. Speech formation is one of the main features of a child's overall development. Normally developing children have a good ability to master their native language. Speech becomes an important means of communication of the child with the outside world, the most perfect form of communication peculiar only to people.
