The presented article shows the stability and informativeness of indicators of the ability to distinguish between amplitude, muscle effort and reaction speed, which allows us to consider that these indicators do not have a sufficiently high predictive value compared to anthropometric indicators or indicators of physical fitness. However, the predictive value of the studied indicators of special motor fitness can be increased by using an integral indicator. Research materials have shown that the relationship between repeated measurements of the integral indicator of the ability to distinguish between amplitude, time, muscle effort and reaction speed is much higher than individual indicators in particular.
