Annotatsiya

In cases of engineering and geological justification of the project of construction of buildings and structures in crampedconditions of urban development is the most urgent problem. Due to the intensive development of built-up areas, reconstruction,redevelopment of buildings and structures and the use of underground space in urban areas. In large cities of the republic, thepace and volume of construction work has sharply increased, their implementation in areas of dense development, as a rule, incomplex and dynamically changing engineering and geological conditions, has caused numerous cases of complications inconstruction, including deformations and accidents at reconstructed facilities and falling into the zone of influence ofconstruction work. In this connection, the authors assess the specifics of engineering and geological research in conditions ofdense urban development.
