Изменение климата - ощутимое и насущное глобальное явление, которое оказывает значительное влияние на жизнедеятельность и благосостояние людей. В данной статье рассматривается влияние изменения климата на ирригационные системы, с особым вниманием к ситуации в Афганистане. В ней рассматриваются основные источники оросительной воды в стране и изучается критическая связь между ирригационными системами и производительностью сельского хозяйства. Кроме того, в исследовании излагаются ключевые меры адаптации, необходимые для обеспечения устойчивого сельского хозяйства в условиях изменяющегося климата. Анализируя уязвимости и предлагая адаптивные стратегии, эта статья направлена на поддержку развития климатически устойчивых ирригационных систем в Афганистане.
