Library specialists (digital intermediaries, collaborators, researchers, data steward) with competence in the field of modern information technologies should be able to analyze and synthesize heterogeneous information, to process data and to solve non-standard tasks. These skills will help to con-tribute to the effective development of libraries and increase their importance and competitiveness in information space
