In this article, the author presentsthe results of a pedagogical study of the qualifying,as well as the final race of the UzbekistanChampionship, 400m hurdles runner using suchmethods as: instrumental method of measuringrunning speed and passing distance segments andthe use of digital technology video analysis toidentify technical errors performed before theattack barrier, over the barrier and leaving thebarrier. The results of the research can be useful toboth coaches and specialists preparing 400mhurdlers.
