Бу Марказий Осиё халқлари учун ҳам тўғри келади. Минтақавий иштирокчилар ўртасида ҳамкорликни мустаҳкамлаш ва сиёсий ишончни ошириш уларга жаҳон сиёсатида янада мустақил ва барқарор минтақага айланиш имконини беради. Минтақадаги ва бутун дунёда тез ўзгариб бораётган вазият минтақавий ва миллий ривожланиш кун тартибини ўз ичига олади. Минтақавий иштирокчиларнинг ташқи сиёсатдаги саъй-ҳаракатларининг асосий мақсади халқаро майдондаги ролини кучайтириш, Марказий Осиёда барқарорлик муҳити ва яхши қўшничиликни яратишдан иборат.
