Granulematoz poliangiit (GPA) – mayda va o‘rta kalibrli qon tomirlarni zararlovchi, nekrotik vaskulit va granulematoz yallig‘lanish bilan kechuvchi kam uchraydigan autoimmun kasallikdir. Kasallik asosan nafas yo‘llari va buyraklarni zararlaydi hamda o‘z vaqtida tashxislanmasa, og‘ir asoratlar va yuqori o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlariga olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada granulematoz poliangiit bilan kasallangan bemorlarda kasallikni erta tashxislash va zamonaviy davolash usullarining samaradorligi statistik jihatdan tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari erta tashxis qo‘yilgan bemorlarda klinik remissiyaga erishish ko‘rsatkichi yuqoriroq ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
