Annotatsiya

The article presents a clinical case of a patient with an atypical course of pancreatic necrosis-necrosis ofpancreatic tissue, parapancreatic, paracolic, paranephral, retroperitoneal tissue with massive infiltrationand necrosis of the cellular tissue of the round ligament of the liver, anterior abdominal wall.In theobservations analyzed by the authors, timely detection and radical treatment with the implementation ofprogrammed rehabilitation bursoomentoscopy.
