Annotatsiya

92 pregnant women were examined in order to identify outcomes for preeclampsia that occurred before 34 weeks and later than this gestational age. The anamnesis, the course of pregnancy were studied, the blood flow in the uterine-fetal-placental bed, the condition of the newborns at birth were determined. Conclusions have been made about the advisability of dividing preeclampsia into early and late forms, not only because of various pathogenetic mechanisms, but also in connection with the need to formulate treatment tactics, the time of prolongation of pregnancy in case of premature pregnancy and the achievement of clinically significant perinatal outcomes.
