Annotatsiya

Acute and chronic inflammatory processes predominate in the structure of dental surgical diseases in children. It is noteworthy that various forms of lymphadenitis, adenophlegmon, and odontogenic osteomyelitis predominate in specialized surgical departments. Patients with odontogenic and non-odontogenic diseases have similarities (season of onset during the year, febrile temperature and localization of infection) and differences (mean temperature on admission, age at the time of illness, leukocyte count and the most common microorganisms).
