статья посвящена вопросам правового регулирования отношений, связанных с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями. Автором анализируется соглашение ТРИПС и его основные положения, применения в зарубежной практике и перспективы присоединения Республики Узбекистан к данному соглашению, правовые основы регулирования отношений, связанных с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями. В заключении автором дается обоснованные заключения по совершенствованию правовых основ отношений, связанных с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями.
