In many developed countries, state support is provided in the field of education, providing ample opportunities for exercising the right to receive education, including higher education. For this reason, the economies of countries that pay great attention to education have developed not only in the field of supplying the domestic labor market with qualified personnel, but also in order to export their potential personnel. This article analyzes the competences of state bodies in the field of higher education and their impact on the quality of education based on the experience of developed countries.
