This article talks about methods to improve the investment activity of joint stock companies in the capital market of our country, as well as the analysis of its advantages and improvement of development prospects. Also, the article presents the extant problems in the prospects of development of investment activities of commercial banks in the securities market, as well as the author's approaches and proposals for their elimination.
