The article reveals the economic essence of the concepts of creative economy, industry and entrepreneurship. The adopted legal documents on the development of the creative economy in Uzbekistan, the methodology of the UK and the UN on the branches of the creative industry, the importance and role of the creative economy in ensuring economic growth and employment are analyzed. Proposals and recommendations aimed at the development of a creative economy, industry and entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan have been developed.
