The formation of human capital is influenced by a number of factors: demographic, economic, social, medical, industrial, environmental, technological, institutional, behavioral, etc.This article is devoted to the study of health problems affecting the formation of human capital and the solution of these problems, and in our opinion, this factor is one of the most relevant factors affecting the formation of human capital.
