In the context of the transformation of the banking system of Uzbekistan, the improvement of regulatory and legal frameworks for the organization of retail banking services over the years, the current aspects of decrees and decisions that served to improve retail banking services in recent years are analyzed. Opinions of economists and author's approaches and opinions about the organization of retail banking services in the conditions of transformation of the banking system of Uzbekistan are presented.
