The article studies some aspects of the procedure of bank guarantees, the mechanism of its implementation, the characteristics of some types of bank guarantees, its specific features in the structure of banking services, procedure of accounting of bank guarantees, and relationships among principal, bank-guarantor, and beneficiary.
