The article discusses about the modernization processes carried out in recent years to improve the efficiency of public administration in Uzbekistan, improve the assessment of the effectiveness of civil servants, as well as systemic reforms carried out in this regard, article 36 studied the issues of the Law “On Public Service” of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Assessment efficiency of civil servants” and foreign experience as the most successful examples of the implementation of assessment on the most important performance indicators of civil servants.
