Maqolada yoshlarning kasbiy raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda ta‘lim tizimi ijtimoiy omil ekanligi, yoshlarning hayot sifatiga investitsiyalar tikish muhim strategik ahamiyat kasb etishi, talab yuqori bо‘lgan kasblar mutaxassisliklarining raqobati ilmiy tadqiq va tahlili keltirilgan. Yoshlarda raqobatbardoshlik sifatlarini shakllantirish murakkab jarayon hisoblanadi. Shu sababli kasbiy raqobatbardoshlikning elementlari tarzida ehtiyojlar, qiziqishlar, ustanovkalar, ishonch va kasb orqali qondiriluvchi va amalga oshuvchi shaxs motivatsion sohasining boshqa tarkibiy qismlari atroflicha yoritilgan.
