Amides of Dehydroabietic Acid Based on 5-Aminooxoindoles and Their Transformation Products

Annotatsiya

Amides of dehydroabietic acid based on 5-aminooxoindoles were synthesized. Further transformations of the oxoindole-functionalized dehydroabietic acid derivatives with bromoacetone or phenacylbromide in DMF–K2CO3 led to selective formation of N-substituted oxoindoles while condensation with malononitrile, acetoacetic ester, and pyrazolin-5-one gave spiro[oxoindole–pyran]- and spiro[oxoindole–pyranopyrazolone]-functionalized amides of dehydroabietic acid.
