Annotatsiya

In this population, polymorphisms TNF-α (G308A), IL-6 (C174G), and SOD2 (Ala16Val), as well as their combinations, were associated with an increased risk of dermatopathies in obese patients. The most significant predictive value was observed for the IL-6 + SOD2 combination, particularly in psoriasis. The IL-1 (C511T) polymorphism showed no significant role. These findings confirm the multifactorial nature of pathogenesis and emphasize the importance of genetic interactions in predicting and diagnosing dermatopathies in obesity.
