This article examines crimes related to terrorism, in particular such modern manifestations as cyberterrorism, the recruitment of individuals for the commission of terrorist acts using information technologies, as well as terrorist attacks carried out using motor vehicles. In addition, the article reveals the mechanisms by which terrorist groups use the modern capabilities of the Internet and analyzes their legal nature.
