In this article, the social need for the offense of sexual harassment to be included in the scope of administrative responsibility is justified. Legal analysis of sexual harassment was carried out by the author. In addition, it is explained in what forms the crime is committed today based on the court materials, the issues of responsibility are discussed. In the concluding part of the article, suggestions and recommendations have been developed to eliminate problematic situations in the legislation.
