This article analyzes the legal framework and main activities, as well as to improve the powers of the National Guard in ensuring public order and security in the country. Theoretically and scientifically studied the powers of the National Guard for the coordination and control of public security, the features of their interaction with local governments and other law enforcement agencies. The article also contains conclusions, suggestions and recommendations based on the results of a systematic study of the problem.
