In this article, in the hilly terrain of the Guzor and Kamashi districts of the Kashkadarya region, desert food plants Haloxylon aphyllum "Nortuya" black saxovol, Kochia prostrata "Otavniy" isena are grown during 2021-2023. The viability characteristics of the varieties Halothamnus subaphyllus "Jayhun" and Ceratoides ewersmanniana "Tulqin" Teresken were studied.
