В данной статье были изучены влияния 1-(4-диметиламинофенил)-6,7-диметокси-1,2,3,4-тетрагидроизохинолин (F-24) и 1-(4-метоксилфенил)-6,7-диметокси-1,2,3,4-тетрагидроизохинолин (F-4) изохинолиновых алкалоидов на набухание митохондрий печени крыс при условиях оксидативного стресса (ОС) и на перекисное окисление липидов (ПОЛ), индуцированного Fe2+/цитратом. Моделирование ОС у крыс было создано путем однократного перорального введения PbCl2 в дозе 10 мг/кг за сутки. Изохинолиновые алкалоиды F-24 и F-4 проявляли ингибирующий эффект на набухание митохондрий печени крыс при ОС, индуцированного PbCl2, и Fe2+ /цитрат-индуцированный ПОЛ.
