The article comprehensively studies the set of tests used in the training sessions of athletes, their application and the effectiveness of modern tests. Taking into account the extreme diversity of the methods of assessing the physical fitness of adolescent football players, children and young people, information is provided on the advantages of the “Eurofit” test.
